Lex Total is a program and a website: technology to help lawyers and court agents work better. The people who make it are not a law firm or lawyers; we do not advise, we do not handle cases and we give no opinion on any case. Where the texts come from

The legislation shown comes from the consolidated legislation published by the Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado in its open data service (boe.es/datosabiertos). It is copied every night and presented in a different format; its content is not altered.

These texts have no official validity. The only official text is the one published in the Boletín Oficial del Estado. Each law links to its page in the BOE so you can check it.

The Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado does not take part in this site, nor does it sponsor or endorse it.

Legal texts are shown in Spanish, as published by the BOE.

Alexia and artificial intelligence

Alexia is an assistant powered by artificial intelligence. She gives general information, can make mistakes and does not replace advice from a lawyer or consulting the official text. We do not store the conversations or the audio.

Deadline calculator

The calculator is an aid. It only knows the national holidays and those the firm tells it about, and it does not cover every exception in the law. Always check the deadline against the court's decision and the applicable rule.

Data you send us through the website

If you write to us through the contact form, we use your name, email, phone number and what you tell us only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. If you create a demo, we use your name and email to create the account, send you the access code and let you know about anything related to it.

The data controller is the owner of this website. We do not pass your data to anyone or use it for advertising. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and demos are deleted thirty days after they end. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data by writing to the owner's email address, and you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This site only uses technical cookies: one for the session and to protect forms and, if you choose to remember the browser when signing in, another that avoids asking you for the code for 30 days. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
